DOING Company proudly announces a confirmed contract with a Spanish client in August 2025. The agreement provisions a complete set of a 15TPD semi-continuous tire pyrolysis line and a 10TPD tire oil refining line.

The Spanish client operates a oil gas station, after recognizing the significant business opportunities in the diesel fuel market, planned to expand their business by converting waste tires into high-value diesel fuel. The client's project had clear business objectives: to achieve stable, long-term diesel fuel production and thus generate substantial profits. The client consulted several suppliers of waste tyre pyrolysis and waste oil refining lines, prioritizing equipment reliability, operational stability, and the quality of diesel fuel produced throughout the project's lifecycle.
The semi-continuous tire pyrolysis production line, compared to traditional batch pyrolysis lines, offers significant advantages. It can process three batches of raw materials in two days and allows for high-temperature slag discharge, reducing downtime and resulting in higher production efficiency, more stable oil yield, and lower operating energy consumption. This means customers can continuously and stably produce tire pyrolysis oil at a lower cost and with less labor.

The accompanying 10 TPD tire oil refining line can convert this pyrolysis tire oil into non-standard diesel fuel that meets fuel market requirements. Through advanced refining processes, the product approaches standard diesel in key indicators such as color, odor, pour point, and calorific value, making it suitable for use in diesel generators, boiler heating, heavy machinery, and ships, ensuring its feasibility and competitiveness for sale or use as fuel oil in Spain.
