The client's project had clear business objectives: to achieve stable, long-term diesel fuel production and thus generate substantial profits. The client consulted several suppliers of waste tyre pyrolysis and waste oil refining lines, prioritizing equipment reliability, operational stability, and the quality of diesel fuel produced throughout the project's lifecycle.

The semi-continuous tire pyrolysis production line, compared to traditional batch pyrolysis lines, offers significant advantages. It can process three batches of raw materials in two days and allows for high-temperature slag discharge, reducing downtime and resulting in higher production efficiency, more stable oil yield, and lower operating energy consumption. This means customers can continuously and stably produce tire pyrolysis oil at a lower cost and with less labor.
