Fully continuous tyre pyrolysis plant
The design concept of the fully continuous tyre pyrolysis plant(also called fully automatic pyrolysis system) is based on the needs of industrialization, standardization, and large-scale production. Its goal is to achieve continuous pyrolysis, efficiently process large quantities of waste tires, and achieve high-capacity production. This unit can produce no less than 45%-52% tire pyrolysis oil (TPO), 30%-35% carbon black, and 12%-15% steel wire.
DOING fully continuous tyre pyrolysis plant
The workflow of the continuous waste tire pyrolysis machine is similar to that of the batch waste tire pyrolysis machine. However, the fully continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant has a higher overall workflow efficiency, provides more stable product output, reduces the need for manual intervention, and reduces maintenance costs. Here are its 4 outstanding features:
①High Efficiency and Stability
Compared to traditional batch pyrolysis equipment, DOING fully continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant adopts a fully automated continuous operating mode, maximizing production efficiency. The equipment can operate 24 hours a day without interruption, greatly increasing the speed of waste tire processing. A single unit can recycle and process 15-50 tons of waste tires, ensuring efficient and stable output.
②Energy Self-Sufficiency, Reduced Operating Costs
The equipment generates a large amount of pyrolysis gas during the pyrolysis process, primarily methane (CH4). These gases cannot be condensed and stored, but we cleverly utilize them to provide a heat source for the pyrolysis reactor, significantly reducing external energy consumption and improving the overall energy efficiency of the system. Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with a highly efficient heat recovery system, further saving energy consumption.

③Intelligent PLC Control
Our fully continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant adopts a PLC intelligent control system, enabling intelligent control of material feeding, unloading, and temperature control, ensuring long-term stable operation and reducing manual intervention costs.
④Proprietary Design of DOING Continuous Pyrolysis Plant
The entire process flow and equipment configuration of our continuous pyrolysis machine have been specially designed by a team of professional engineers to ensure the smooth, convenient, and efficient operation of the pyrolysis project. For example, it adopts a dual-reactor structure, a special sealing design, optimized steel materials, and a multi-stage industrial condenser design.
Advantages of DOING continuous tyre pyrolysis plant design
Fully Continuous Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Plant Supported Raw Materials Processing
Our company's fully continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant can not only process traditional waste tires but is also suitable for various waste rubber products. Whether it's truck tires, car tires, bicycle tires, or even other types of waste rubber products, they can all be transformed into high-value-added products through a series of specialized processes.
To ensure the efficiency and stability of the pyrolysis process, the feed material must be rubber powder. Rubber powder is fine particle obtained after mechanically crushing and processing waste rubber tires. It is an ideal raw material for the pyrolysis process, ensuring the smooth operation of the pyrolysis equipment and maximizing the waste conversion rate. Commonly used waste tire processing pretreatment equipment includes: tire rim cutters, shredders, crushers, magnetic separators, and screening equipment.

Fully continuous tyre pyrolysis plant finap product application
Fuel Oil (45%-52%)
The tyre oil produced by this continuous tyre pyrolysis system is called TPO tyre pyrolysis oil or TDF tire derived fuel, mainly used as heating fuel oil, widely applied in industrial and commercial fields, such as power plants, glass factories, cement plants, and ceramic factories. It can also be further refined into diesel by pyrolysis oil distillation plant.
Carbon Black (30%)
The second product of the continuous waste tyre pyrolysis plant is carbon black. Depending on the tire weight, the amount of carbon black used is approximately 30% to 35%. Carbon black can be used in cable sheathing, black nylon bags, and rubber additives.
Exhaust Gas (About 10%)
Approximately 10% pyrolysis gas is generated during the pyrolysis process. The main component of these gases is methane (CH4), which cannot be condensed or stored. We utilize these gases to heat the reactor, and the remaining gases can be used for other heating applications.
