During high temperature processing, this long chain( C-50,000 to C-2,00,000) is broken down into smaller chain (C-1 to C-4 & C-5 to C-23). Among which, C5-C23 is pyrolysis oil got from long chain rubber polymer. Tire pyrolysis oil is a kind of heavy oil with a high heating calorific value, which is mainly used as industrial heating energy.

As we know, used tyre pyrolysis oil is a heavy oil and it is composed of long chain hydrocarbon. To get relatively lighter diesel, the long chain has to be broken down, and it needs to be done during the distillation process of our waste oil distillation plant. Then after further treatment of the distillation oil through coloring, de-odoring and filtering process, the diesel oil got can be very close to standard diesel no matter from the color or smell.
