What machine can convert waste plastic to diesel fuel directly?

To obtain diesel fuel from plastic directly, Doing Company mainly has two different solutions. The 1st solution is just our waste plastic recycling to diesel and petrol plant. The 2nd solution is composed of two separate oil production lines, and they are respectively waste plastic pyrolysis plant and pyrolysis oil refinery plant.

Waste plastic recycling to diesel and petrol plant can convert waste plastic to diesel fuel directly, and it is an integration plant which integrates pyrolysis+oil distillation+oil fractionation in one. Besides, it is continuous working and operates under PLC control system.

As for the second solution, it means two plants need to work together to convert waste plastic into diesel fuel. Firstly waste plastic pyrolysis plant is used to convert plastics into pyrolysis heating fuel; and then the pyrolysis oil will be further refined into diesel fuel with DOING pyrolysis oil refinery plant.

Now, maybe you will become confused and like to know which solution to make diesel from plastic waste will be better. Let’s make a comparison of the above two different solutions to convert waste plastic to diesel fuel.

1.Condition of raw material:

For solution 1, waste plastics should be as clean as possible without metals or stone mixing inside. Besides, it should be dry with humidity＜20% and crushed before feeding. If your plastic waste cannot meet the above conditions, you will further need plastic selecting, drying and crushing devices.

For solution 2, waste plastics can be fed directly without doing cleaning and selection work. Our pyrolysis plant is not picky for the condition of raw material.

2.Degree of automation

In the 2nd solution to make diesel or petrol from plastic waste, both our waste plastic pyrolysis plant and waste oil distillation plant are semi-automatic which are operated in batch form.

In the 1st solution to make diesel or petrol from plastic waste, the waste plastic recycling to diesel and gasoline plant is fully automatic and working continuously under the PLC control system.
