2 Sets of DOING Pyrolysis Equipment for Plastic and Biomass Recycling Installed in China
In December 2025, 2 sets of customized pyrolysis equipment manufactured by Henan DOING were successfully installed and put into operation for a Chinese customer. One unit is used for processing plastic waste, while the other is designed for biomass recycling, installed in different operation areas.

The Chinese customer has long been engaged in solid waste disposal and resource recovery projects in multiple countries. This investment aims to introduce a flexible pyrolysis equipment that can handle different types of organic solid waste and support the company’s diversified business operations.
Due to the complex nature of solid waste treatment projects, the Chinese customer set clear technical requirements for the equipment. The system needed to provide:
High safety redundancy
Fully automatic control system
Corrosion-resistant materials
Modular structure for future expansion
Stable operation under different feedstock conditions
These requirements ensure the equipment can adapt to changing project demands and maintain reliable operation in long-term industrial use.
Based on the Chinese customer’s technical requirements, the engineering team of Henan DOING Company designed two customized 15TPD pyrolysis systems.

The solutions allow the Chinese customer to process plastic and biomass separately or adjust feedstock combinations depending on project needs. With flexible feeding options and stable thermal conversion technology, the equipment helps the Chinese customer respond quickly to different solid waste treatment tasks. This design improves project adaptability and supports better investment efficiency.
In April 2025, the Chinese customer’s technical team visited the DOING factory for a final on-site inspection. The purpose of the visit was to evaluate product quality and manufacturing capability before making the final supplier decision among several pyrolysis equipment providers.

During the visit, DOING arranged experienced engineers to communicate directly with the Chinese customer’s team. Detailed explanations were provided on key technical aspects, including:
Pyrolysis reactor material selection: The reactor furnace and key equipment and pipelines (such as buffer tanks and dewaxing tanks) are all made of 304 stainless steel, effectively resisting corrosive gases generated by the pyrolysis of chlorinated plastics.
Equipment maintenance methods: uch as pyrolysis equipment downtime, operational safety control, regular inspection and cleaning of the furnace body, etc.
Operational safety measures: Comprehensive equipment including pyrolysis temperature control, safety valves, pressure gauges, and emergency pressure relief valves to prevent over-temperature and over-pressure operation.
PLC automatic control system operation: Equipped with a fully automatic intelligent PLC operating system, integrating monitoring of the entire process including temperature, pressure, feed, slag discharge, and exhaust gas, supporting remote diagnostics and data recording.
The engineers also demonstrated the PLC control system on site to show how the equipment can achieve automated operation. After the factory visit and technical discussions, the Chinese customer showed strong confidence in DOING manufacturing capability and equipment quality. Within one week, both parties completed the contract signing.

With the successful installation of these two pyrolysis equipment, the customer can now efficiently recycle both plastic and biomass waste, turning mixed solid waste into valuable energy products.
