In August 2019, the old Panamanian customer who ordered DOING's waste tyre pyrolysis to oil machine in 2015 completed the secondary installation under the guidance of DOING engineers.

This installation is due to the client's change of site, so the equipment needs to be reinstalled. Knowing this situation, DOING company communicated with the customer in detail. After the communication, engineers were sent to Panama to instruct the customer in the second installation.

Five years after the equipment had been sold, we were able to send engineers to guide the installation, which was completely unexpected to the customer. After the completion of the second installation, the Panamanian customer was very moved and even happier that he chose to cooperate with DOING company.

Under the guidance of DOING engineer, the replacement site was carried out smoothly. The waste tyre pyrolysis to oil machine was successfully moved from the old site to the new site, and there was basically no great loss of equipment during the second installation. After installation, the whole set of waste tyre pyrolysis to oil machine was successfully debugged and the first batch of tire oil was produced in the new site.

This change of site, the Panamanian client has a larger project site, which lays a foundation for expanding the scale of the waste tyre pyrolysis project in the future. According to the customer, after the stable operation of the machine, he will purchase one set pyrolysis oil to diesel distillation plant to deal with the tire oil from the waste tires.
