Project reports of pyrolysis oil distillation plant

DOING’s pyrolysis oil distillation plant is the latest technology in China pyrolysis industry. It can be used to process waste plastic pyrolysis oil, waste tire pyrolysis oil as well as waste engine oil into diesel. And the diesel got can be used for industrial electricity generator, tractors, trucks, agricultural vehicles etc. Besides, the final oil color can also be adjusted according to customer's requirement. Vertical design

Our distillation reactor adopts vertical design which can achieve the automatic slagging. Thus to save time and energy in the slagging process. Also can prevent the workers hurting from the hot asphalt discharge.

Double heating methods

Fuel heating & Coil heater heating

Except the fuel heating directly from the bottom of the distillation reactor, the inner coil heater can make the heating evenly and fast, it can keep processing 3 batches oil in 2 days without stop. And the heat transfer oil is for recycle use, which can save a lot of fuel

Clean technology

This distillation process adopts solid catalysis & fractionation technology. Compared to the chemical processing, this technology does not generate secondary waste, and makes the whole operation process much safer.

2. Final products and tail gas emission of DOING pyrolysis oil distillation plant

The oil output of pyrolysis oil distillation machine is about 85%. The rest includes 10% bitumen and 5% excess gas. The excess gas will recycle to furnace as the auxiliary heating fuel. Different from waste pyrolysis plant, the gas emission of our distillation plant is much less, since its oil output is very high, most of the pyrolysis oil can be refined into the final product-diesel, there are small amount of excess also recycled as a heating purpose. Compared with diesel from other sources, the diesel from our distillation plant is cleaner and brighter.
