DOING Tire to diesel Pyrolysis & Distillation Plant Shipped to Mexico

In December 2025, a set of 15TPD batch tire pyrolysis plant and one set of 1TPD pyrolysis oil distillation plant, independently developed and manufactured by Henan DOING— a professional waste recycling machine manufacturer— were carefully packaged by workers and officially shipped to Mexico. The shipped equipment combination covers the entire process from waste tire pyrolysis plant, and then to pyrolysis oil purification, with complete configurations and practical functions. The detailed shipment list includes:

1. 15TPD batch tire pyrolysis reactor: Equipped with a cold air device and rear slag discharge design. The rear slag discharge adopts a spiral sealed auger, which is more environmentally friendly and safe— it forms a material-sealed environment during slag discharge, avoiding dust pollution and oil and gas leakage, while ensuring better quality of carbon black produced.

2. Automatic feeding machine: Realizes automatic and continuous feeding, reduces manual operation intensity, and improves production efficiency while ensuring operational safety.

3. Negative pressure device: Maintains negative pressure operation inside the reactor, effectively preventing the leakage of flammable and harmful gases, and further enhancing operational safety.

4. Packing auger: Used for automatic packing of solid residues (such as carbon black) produced after pyrolysis, simplifying the post-processing process and improving work efficiency.

5. Tail gas deodorization device: Effectively removes odors from exhaust gases generated during the pyrolysis process, reducing air pollution and meeting Mexico’s environmental protection requirements.

6. Desulfurization tower: Removes sulfur gases produced during the production process, avoiding air pollution and complying with relevant Mexican environmental emission standards.

7. Heavy oil burner: Uses heavy oil generated during the pyrolysis process as fuel, realizing energy recycling, reducing fuel costs, and aligning with the concept of circular economy.

8. 1TPD new-type pyrolysis oil distillation plant: Adopts advanced purification distillation plant to refine crude pyrolysis oil into high-quality fuel oil, improving the quality and added value of pyrolysis oil, and expanding its application channels in the Mexican market.It can be applied to heavy machinery, such as trucks, ships, tractors and diesel generators,etc.
